Payment Options

You can also pay using PayPal. At checkout, select "Submit Order" to access the PayPal gateway. From there, you can log in to your PayPal account or use their guest checkout. Please note that we do not accept PayPal eCheques. Payments must be completed via our website at the time of ordering.

Other Payment Options

For orders exceeding £300, alternative payment arrangements may be available. Please contact us if card or PayPal payments are not possible. Note that all orders must be paid in full before service begins. We do not accept cash payments.

Promo Codes

If you have a promo code, enter it at the checkout screen and click "Apply" before confirming your order. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively. For assistance, please contact us.

VAT

​

Updating Contact Details

If your address or contact details change, you can update them in the My Account section. Click on My Profile, make the necessary changes, and click Save to confirm.

File Copies 

​

You can request a file copy of your file pursuant to the regulation. File copies will be sent via Royal Mail to the address linked to your account. Charges for this service will be shown at checkout and on you invoice. Please note this service is not available for large-format products.
