Data & Privacy Rights

(1) Scope of Request. CBLFInMotion Ltd. and Chain Breaker Law Firm will comply with my request to extent required under applicable laws.  Not all personal information may be required to be deleted, such as contact or payment information; (2) Accuracy: the information I have provided is true and accurate; (3) TrustArc role: that I understand the service is provided by TrustArc as a data processor on behalf of Appen AI Inc. and that once TrustArc provides my request to CBLFInMotion Ltd. and Chain Breaker Law FirmAI Inc., TrustArc will not retain a record of my request; (4) Privacy: that I understand the information will be handled by TrustArc in accordance with its Privacy Policy and by Appen AI Inc. in accordance with its Privacy Policy; (5) Contact: that Appen AI Inc. has the right to contact me to verify my identity and to process this request.
