Our Fees for Mediation Services.

Type of Meeting

  1. Pre-consultation phone call:

    • Duration: 15 minutes

    • Fee: No charge

  2. Face-to-Face Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM):

    • Duration: Up to 1 hour

    • Fee: £125 per person

    • Includes signed C100 form at no additional cost

  3. MIAM Using WhatsApp, Teams, or FaceTime:

    • Duration: Up to 1 hour

    • Fee: £95 per person

    • Includes signed C100 form at no additional cost

  4. Child Inclusive Mediation:

    • Duration: Up to 1 hour

    • Fee: £80 per session

  5. Joint Mediation Meeting:

    • Duration: 90 minutes

    • Fee: £130 per person

    • Most clients require one to two sessions to achieve a fair resolution.

Documentation Fees

  1. Signed Page 9 of the C100 Form:

    • Fee: No charge (included in MIAM fee)

  2. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU):

    • Fee: £270 (shared cost, £135 per client)

  3. Outcome Report:

    • Fee: £35 per client

  4. Open Financial Statement (OFS):

    • Fee: £270 (shared cost, £135 per client)

  5. Additional Administration:

    • Fee: £60 per hour

Cancellation Charges

  1. More than 48 hours notice:

    • Fee: No charge

  2. Less than 48 hours notice:

    • Fee: £25.00

  3. Less than 24 hours notice:

    • Fee: Full payment required

Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment:

    • All fees will be agreed upon in advance.

    • A deposit will be required at the time of booking the initial appointment.

  2. Flexible Arrangements:

    • Fees apply to all clients. However, flexibility may be arranged based on personal circumstances, subject to agreement in advance.

  3. Explanation of Charges:

    • We are happy to explain our charges in detail. Please feel free to contact us for further clarification.

This fee structure is effective from October 2024 and applies to all mediation services.

Once you've filled out or contact form a mediator will call you & discuss your dispute in detail. The consult is free, confidential, & there is no obligation.

Get a Quote

We will email you a quote, with full costs & dates. If both (all) parties agree to appoint us, once the logistics have been confirmed, we'll issue the paperwork.

Mediation

At the mediation your, 3,4, 8 hours will be used to help you resolve your dispute through a series of private & joint meetings. Prior to your mediation, your mediator will have read through all your documents.
