  • Contract: Refers to the agreement between the Buyer and Seller, including these Terms and any Order Confirmation.

  • Goods: The products or services sold by the Seller to the Buyer.

  • Order: The request placed by the Buyer for Goods or services.

  • Order Confirmation: Written confirmation of the Order provided by the Seller.

  • Price: The total cost of Goods, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.

2. Basis of Sale

  • All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. No Order is deemed accepted until confirmed in writing via an Order Confirmation.

  • These Terms and Conditions govern all Contracts to the exclusion of any other terms unless agreed to in writing by both parties.

  • Representations about the Goods are valid only if provided in writing by authorized Seller representative.

3. Orders and Specifications

  • Orders are subject to availability. The Seller reserves the right to reject any Order.

  • The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any details provided with the Order.

  • The Seller may update or amend product specifications without prior notice to reflect continuous improvement.

4. Price and Payment

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. VAT will be calculated at the current applicable rate.

  • Payment must be made in full via credit card, debit card, or PayPal at the time of order placement.

  • The Buyer guarantees the accuracy of payment details provided during the checkout process.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery details, including address, are specified in the Order Confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by external factors.

  • The Buyer must inspect Goods upon delivery and report any issues, including damage, within 3 days.

6. Risk and Property

  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery. However, ownership of Goods remains with the Seller until full payment is received.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only if the Seller fails to deliver within 28 days.

  • Faulty or damaged Goods must be reported within 3 days of receipt. The Seller may request photographic evidence or the return of the Goods.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation or return approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

  • Liability is limited to the value of the Goods or services provided under the Contract.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the CBLFInMotion website, including text, graphics, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of the Seller and protected by applicable laws.

  • Unauthorised use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Data Protection
